This activity has the format of an Escape Room.
The theme of the puzzles is the so called "foam problem", which explores the filling of an n-dimensional space using shapes with the smallest possible surface area. This problem has a wide range of applications, from physics to computer sciences, from chemistry to statistics. With the puzzles proposed in the Escape Room, participants will be able to perceive challenges, ideas and mathematical results that arise with the "foam problem", in particular in one of its variants, the "cubic foam problem".
